Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 June 2026
This policy explains how Feel Good Limited ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use Cura. We process your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Feel Good Limited is the data controller for the personal data processed through Cura. Cura is provided to you through your employer.
2. Information we collect
We collect your name and work email, the profile details you choose to provide during onboarding (such as job role and an optional profile image), your content and learning activity, and basic technical information needed to run the service securely.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and personalise Cura, to recommend relevant content, to measure engagement in aggregate, and to keep the service secure. We send wellbeing-related emails only where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to provide and improve the service, on your consent for optional marketing communications, and on legal obligation where the law requires it.
5. Sharing your data
We share data with trusted service providers who help us run Cura (for example hosting and email delivery), all within the European Economic Area or under equivalent safeguards. We do not sell your personal data. We share aggregated, non-identifying reporting with your employer.
6. Keeping your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service. When your account is removed, your personal details are anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact Feel Good Limited.
8. Contact
For any privacy questions, or to make a request, contact Feel Good Limited using the details provided by your employer.
