These terms govern your use of Cura, the employee wellbeing and learning platform operated by Feel Good Limited ("we", "us"). By using Cura you agree to these terms.

1. Using Cura

Cura is provided to you through your employer. You may use it for your own wellbeing and learning, in line with these terms and any policies your employer sets.

2. Your account

You access Cura by signing in with your work email through Google, Microsoft or a single-use magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We do not store passwords.

3. Acceptable use

Please use Cura respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access it without authorisation, or misuse other people's information.

4. Content and intellectual property

The videos, programmes and other materials in Cura belong to Feel Good Limited or its licensors and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, share or redistribute them.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cura available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the service, these terms, or the content from time to time.

6. Liability

Cura provides general wellbeing and learning content. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
