Here's all you need to get started:

  • Activate your account here: cura-tv.com/login

  • Complete your short personal assessment

  • Connect CURA to your calendar

  • Watch your first Pulse and choose your mission

The idea is simple: learn something useful, try one thing, and build what works into your working life.
